基于中间层Zn的镁合金/钢焊接接头的组织与性能Microstructure and properties of magnesium alloy and steel welded joint based on intermediate layer Zn

摘要(Abstract):
以0.05 mm厚的Zn箔作为中间层,采用非对称电极对2 mm厚的AZ31B镁合金和Q235钢进行电阻点焊。对接头特征区域进行了观察、分析,探讨了工艺参数对接头性能的影响。结果表明:在焊接区镁合金侧形成了熔核,熔核主要由(Mg)基体和MgZn析出物构成;随焊接电流的增大、焊接时间的延长,AZ31B/Q235焊接接头的抗剪载荷呈先增大后减小的变化趋势;当焊接电流为22 kA、焊接时间为300 ms时,接头的抗剪载荷达到最大,约为4.64 kN。
