喷砂预处理对20CrMnMo钢气体渗碳效率及渗层特性的影响Effect of sand blasting pretreatment on gas carburizing efficiency and carburized layer characteristics of 20CrMnMo steel

摘要(Abstract):
采用光学显微镜、接触角测量仪、显微硬度计等研究了喷砂预处理对20CrMnMo钢气体渗碳效率及渗层特性的影响。结果表明:在相同的气体渗碳工艺条件下,喷砂预处理对20CrMnMo钢气体渗碳具有明显的催渗效果,有效硬化层深度由1.24 mm增加到1.59 mm,即渗碳效率提高了约30%。同时,喷砂预处理使气体渗碳渗层脆性明显降低。
